Danh sách này được BBC Culture lấy ý kiến từ gần 200 nhà phê bình điện ảnh đến từ khắp nơi trên thế giới.

Tất nhiên, cũng như tất cả những môn nghệ thuật khác, Nghệ thuật thứ 7 luôn đề cao việc tôn vinh cái đẹp, mà cái đẹp thì mỗi người có một cảm nhận khác nhau.
